The package, which is available to customers who use Compusoft’s Winner and Innoplus software, includes a free temporary home-working licence as well as the free use of Showcase 360.

These tools will allow customers to continue designing out of their office, whilst sharing designs and communicating with customers in a dedicated online portal.

The company is also providing free webinars on specific advanced training topics, such as creating 360 images and virtual online showrooms. It is anticipated that this will help retailers to better present their designs online and continue to communicate with customers in the best way possible.

In addition, the company has moved its classroom-based training to online training sessions, so that all planned training can continue for customers.

Tips and advice articles on how to maintain sales whilst working remotely are also being sent to all customers to provide some helpful tips on what to do to keep their customer communication going through digital platforms.
