#COVID19: Grand Designs Live postponed until late August

The event was due to take place this May in London, but has now been rescheduled for 22nd- 31st August

Media 10 have announced that home improvement event, Grand Designs Live, is postponed until late August, in light of the new guidelines surrounding the COVID19 virus.

Grand Designs Live, which was due to take place from 2- 10 May 2020 in London, has now been rescheduled for 22nd- 31st August 2020 at London’s ExCeL.

In a statement issued to the press, Media 10 explained that while the postponement is disappointing, it is the sensible course of action.

Richard Morey, Director at Media 10, noted that the health and safety of visitors, exhibitors, clients, and staff is paramount. He said: ‘Media 10 continues to monitor the advice from the government and the World Health Organisation, but we believe that the new event dates will ensure the delivery of a successful show. We have not taken this decision lightly, but we have the wellbeing of all those involved in this event at the forefront of our thoughts and plans.’

Tickets already purchased are still valid for the new date line or alternatively, can be transferred at no charge to the Birmingham 2020 show taking place at The NEC on 7-11 October or to the London 2021 show taking place at ExCeL London.
