British designer and manufacturer of fitted furniture, Daval, has been shortlisted in the 10th Yorkshire Business Masters Awards.
The company has been named as one of four finalists in the Investment award category, and will attend the ceremony that recognises businesses across the Yorkshire region.
The Yorkshire Business Masters Awards are run by TheBusinessDesk.com, and aim to reward personal brand achievements spanning employee welfare, regional economy and sustainable investment. The event will see the winners of 13 prize categories independently judged revealed at the Queens Hotel in Leeds on the 26th March.
Simon Bodsworth, Managing Director at Daval, said: ‘Our unrestricted approach to generating new business means that we can ensure every order is made to a customer’s exact specification, hand-finished by skilled and experienced craftsmen of the highest order. Promising the best-in British furniture design, material and affordability, we are very proud of our Yorkshire heritage and place great value on being shortlisted for such a highly-regarded regional business award – good luck everyone!’
Ben Ormsby, Yorkshire Editor at TheBusinessDesk.com, added: ‘We were overwhelmed by the quality and quantity of entries for this year’s awards. The achievements of all those shortlisted should not be underplayed as it takes a lot of time, hard work and entrepreneurial spirit – especially when we look at the economic backdrop of the last 12 months – to achieve what these businesses have.’
