Gira chosen for London’s Fenman House development
The building management system supplier has created a project lifestyle video to show customers its technology in action

Building management system supplier Gira has provided its products to “one of the largest and most exciting developments in London”, Fenman House, which is a development of 76 apartments by property developer Argent.

Gira was chosen to provide full intelligent control of lighting, climate, curtains and blinds, fire safety, eco-efficiency and door entry for residents of Fenman House. Full building control is also available via the Gira smart device app, allowing for remote operation.
The company was specified to provide a 21st century user control, intuitive functionality, stress-free utility, premium quality, modern design and discreet styling for the development.

The German company has created its first project lifestyle video “for customers to experience first hand the beauty and ease of custom intelligent build technology” for the Fenman House development.
“Unifying the exterior and interior of Fenman House, this new lifestyle video is a great example of how perceptive interior design can engage with its surroundings to benefit both homeowner and lifestyle,” Gira said.
