“A primary focus for the Sommar Place development was making it easy for people to live in an eco-friendly way by helping them manage their homes more efficiently and making sure they only use what they need, when they need it,” said Trivselhus projects delivery director Rob Morris.

Ideal Standard’s Concept Air close-coupled back-to-wall AquaBlade toilets were chosen for the main bathrooms of the 39 homes on the development, alongside Concept Air vanity basins for family and en-suite bathrooms.

The company also supplied its Ceratherm 200 showers – which feature an eco button to restrict water flow without compromising performance – for the development’s en-suite bathrooms, paired with Kubo enclosures.

Family bathrooms were supplied with Tempo baths, while Tesi brassware was used across all bathrooms. “We were thrilled to secure the contract with Trivselhus for our contemporary bathroom designs,” said Ideal Standard residential specification manager Chris Waites.

“We knew our Concept Air ceramics were a natural choice for this development,” he added. “They complement the design-led yet simple stylings of the Scandinavian look, while also providing key water saving features that are of real importance to consumers when buying a new home.”
