Indesit reveals new logo to promote COVID-19 measures
'Social Distancing: Do It Together' slogan underscores firm's support of initiative to support those affected by crisis

Indesit has unveiled an adapted version of its logo, as a symbol of its ongoing initiatives to support its employees, consumers and the community, during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The addition of the slogan ‘Social Distancing: Do It Together’ aims to broaden awareness around the importance of social distancing and to express the brand’s solidarity with those affected by the crisis.
The appliance firm has initiated a number of activities in the UK to provide continuous care for its employees, consumers and their families, in addition to offering support to those in need of refrigeration or laundry appliances.
Indesit reached out to community-based organisations through social media to donate appliances needed to continue vital work in the community during the pandemic.
To nominate an organisation that is in need of refrigeration or laundry appliances, consumers can get in touch with the brand via its social media channels at @IndesitUK.
NHS employees and key workers also have access to discounts on a range of appliances as part of the brand's partnership with Blue Light Card and Health Service Discounts.
Sara Bazeley, Indesit's Brand Manager says: 'At Indesit, we embrace our responsibility to take care of our consumers, colleagues and the community, as we all navigate through this "new normal" together.
'As part of our ongoing support with community efforts, we have redesigned the Indesit logo to amplify public health and safety guidance around social distancing, and to express our commitment and solidarity to everyone affected by this crisis.
