The KBSA has announced that its 2020 conference will be moved from this September to April 2021.
The conference which was due to take place on 30th September, will now be held on 28 April 2021 at the same venue, the Crowne Plaza in Stratford-upon-Avon.

KBSA national chair Richard Hibbert said, ‘We have taken this decision with the full support of our sponsors. They are in agreement that moving the date will allow us to develop a conference timetable that will focus on support for our retailers.
‘The retail landscape in 2021 will look very different from what it is now, and our role is to bring together a format with the very best advice and expertise to benefit our members.’
The KBSA design awards will also be moved to the 28 April. The closing date for entries has been moved until 11 December 2020. Retailers are encouraged to continue to submit entries. Those already received will be carried over to 2021.
