KBSA reveals details of three retailer workshops at AGM

The Kitchen Bathroom Bedroom Specialists Association – KBSA – has revealed the details of three retailer-focused workshops taking place at the organisation’s annual conference, AGM and awards dinner on the 25th September at the Stratford Manor Hotel.

Richard Hammond from Uncrowd, pictured above, will look at the future market place, while Rene Power from Vision B2B Marketing and Training will provide an “interactive insight” into the world of direct communications using different social media platforms.
Andrea Hillier, national retail services manager at Blum, will give a “detailed” vision into the customer journey, considering factors such as purchasing process, inspiration and augmented reality for showrooms.
“The workshops are designed will provide opportunities to discuss the key issues that impact on the success and profitability of a specialist retail business,” said KBSA chair Richard Hibbert. “The sessions will be interactive and informative. All of our workshop hosts will provide practical tools for delegates to take back to their business.”
