Lixil Group brands win 21 Red Dot awards for 2019
Grohe has taken home 13 awards, including one for its recently launched Atrio Icon 3D metal-printed tap

Lixil Group – which owns Grohe, American Standard, Inax, Tostem and Interio – has picked up 21 Red Dot awards for 2019, having recently taken home 17 iF Design Awards, 11 of which were awarded to Grohe.
Grohe received an award for its new Atrio Icon 3D tap that has been created using 3D metal-printing technology. The company unveiled the product – alongside the Allure Brilliant Icon 3D metal-printed tap – at ISH, saying the taps offer a “new interactive experience of water”.

The company has also won Red Dot awards for its Black Line design study as well as its Essence, Minta and Zedra SmartControl kitchen taps, and its Blue and Red in One Mono and One Duo kitchen tap systems.
Grohe’s Plus 3-Hole wall mount and Plus 3-Hole deck mount bathroom taps also received Red Dot awards alongside the Atrio Private Collection bathroom tap system. Within showers, the brand’s Euphoria SmartControl shower in Chrome and Hard Graphite won awards, as well as the Rainshower 310.
American Standard also took home awards for its Cayenne kitchen tap and EasySET Exposed shower and bath mixer, while DXV won for its AT200 LS shower toilet.
