Masterclass Kitchens has hosted a series of customer forums at its Wales headquarters during the first half of the year to give retailers a chance to meet the Masterclass team, tour the factory and explore the company’s full product range.

New customers were invited to spend a day in Cardiff with the Masterclass team to “see what makes Masterclass stand out from the competition”. The kitchen manufacturer also gave retailers a full factory tour to help them gain an understand of the manufacturing process.

“New customer forums are all about introducing customers to our brand and our product, followed by an evening meal, some fun with the team and an overnight stay in Cardiff,” said Masterclass commercial sales director Steve Tough.

“The forums are a great introduction to the Masterclass brand and our journey to create credible and recognisable consumer brand awareness,” he added. “The customer forums are always a great opportunity for retailers to get a real feel for our business and build a healthy relationship with the Masterclass team.”
