Shower enclosure manufacturer Merlyn recently held the official launch of its partnership with the Pink Ribbon Foundation – in the form of the new ‘Just a reminder…’ campaign – at the cool Tonight Josephine venue in London’s Waterloo.

The company has partnered with the renowned breast cancer grant-making trust to remind consumers to check their breasts. Merlyn is placing the charity’s evocative laser-cut pink ribbon on their enclosures as a reminder to men and women to check their breasts in the shower.
The event saw journalists, influencers, celebrities and Merlyn staff come together to celebrate the launch of the campaign in the stunning venue, which saw Merlyn’s logo adorned on the wall and guests treated to cocktails, champagne and artisan pizza.
A recent survey by Norstat found that 75% of women forget to check their breasts regularly in the shower, despite knowing and agreeing how important it is to check every week. More than 60% agreed that having the pink ribbon symbol on their shower screen would act as a great reminder.
