PWS fast-tracks website launch to support customers during COVID-19 crisis
The site was launched this week in order to allow customers to ‘work smarter’ in difficult times
PWS, the market leading distributor of kitchen and bedroom components, has fast-tracked the launch of its new website in order to support customers during the COVID19 crisis.
The site, which has been ‘significantly enhanced’ to include easier navigation, at-a-glance product specifications and quick technical support, was launched this week in order to allow customers to ‘work smarter’ in difficult times.
In a statement released this morning, PWS stated that although the business is not fully operational, it is doing all that it can to safely and remotely assist its customers and their businesses.
Mark Stephenson, Chief Executive at PWS, explained: ‘We’ve worked tirelessly over the last few weeks to get into a position where we can launch our new website, earlier than planned, in order to support our customers and aid them in working smarter until we’re all back to business.
‘Despite our operations being on hold temporarily, customers can still seamlessly place orders online, with significantly enhanced order management capabilities. Each customer will also receive regular updates from their personal support team with delivery confirmed in due course, so that they are ready to return to business when feasibly possible.’
Accessible via the current website address, www.pws.co.uk, existing customers will retain their normal login details and new accounts can still be registered remotely with the customer services team via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or telephone (01325 505599).
