Additional training set to take place at the updated facility includes in-store and bespoke training, team building and cookery events, group and individual quizzes and challenges, and product launch and refresher training.
The space features a ‘living kitchen’ training school and purpose-built 60-person conference space. The brand is offering an ‘Inspire’ bespoke training course for independent retailers to equip sales staff with knowledge to “confidently and effectively sell and up-sell Smeg”.
