The Used Kitchen Exchange (UKE), the pre-owned kitchen retailer and regeneration service, has received a Platinum Trusted Service award from Feefo, the customer review platform. The accolade, which recognises businesses for delivering ‘exceptional experiences,’ was awarded to the UKE based on the number of reviews and average rating it collected on Feefo’s review platform, which is used bymore than 3,500 brands including Next, Vauxhall, Iceland, Mazda, AND Expedia. The accreditation is based purely on the interactions with real customers, and is awarded only to businesses who have achieved Gold standard – collecting over 50 Feefo reviews and service rating of at least 4.5. – for three consecutive years.
