Villeroy & Boch ventures into kitchen furniture market
The ceramics manufacturer has partnered with manufacturer Störmer, which will produce and distribute the range

Ceramic products manufacturer Villeroy & Boch has partnered with manufacturer Störmer to enter the kitchen furniture market as part of its plans to expand its home and kitchen product portfolio.

Villeroy & Boch will unveil the first pieces of the kitchen furniture range in September at the Küchenmeile fair at Forum 26, Störmer’s exhibition centre in Rödinghausen, Germany, with the range’s retail launch set for the beginning of 2020.
The ceramics manufacturer said the furniture will “perfectly” match its ceramic sinks and kitchen taps and fittings. It will be produced and distributed by Störmer, which will “selectively market the range when it is launched”.
“Discerning customers want high-quality brand products, especially in the kitchen – and that applies to technical features as well as furniture,” Villeroy & Boch brand licensing head David Jakob. “The new kitchen furniture expands our existing sink and taps portfolio and offers customers a comprehensive solution for kitchens.”
