Jamie Moakes and Shahnee Taylor-Brown have been appointed Showroom Manager and Specification Executive respectively. The pair will be responsible for running the brand’s first UK showroom, a 5,600sq ft space opening later this year in Clerkenwell, central London.

Moakes, whose previous roles include stints as business development manager at Day True Interiors and sales designer at West One Bathrooms, will oversee day-to-day management of the new space, including the VitrA London events and exhibition programme.

Taylor-Brown brings extensive knowledge of London’s architecture and design industry from more than five-years’ experience in sales, design and administration. Prior to joining VitrA, she worked as kitchen & bathroom sales designer at Buildbase and sales & showroom assistant at Amode.

As part of the specification team, Taylor-Brown will work closely with architecture and design clients to provide functional solutions for projects, converting their plans into inspirational designs and detailed product specifications. She will also support Moakes with VitrA’s annual programme of events.

'As the aim of the new showroom is to become a hub for the Clerkenwell design community, we want to build a space where clients can meet, work and socialise. The new team will be central to making this happen.'
